Abstract

This bachelor thesis is about care for employees in the BLOCK company. The thesis is devided into three parts. The first one is dedicated to theoretical description of each area of care for employees, such as heatlh and safety at work, work environment, benefits for employees and others. The second part briefly describes the company and each area of care for employees of the BLOCK company. The third part is devoted to the analysis of a survey carried out in the company and suggestions for improving the existing care provided to employees in the company.
