Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá vlivem obsahu výztuže na mechanické vlastnosti a kvalitu kompozitních materiálů. Teoretická část popisuje polymerní kompozity jejich druhy, vlastnosti a výrobu. Dále se zaměřuje na druhy vláken používaných u kompozitů a jejich výrobu. Poslední část teorie se věnuje vstřikováním polymerních kompozitů. Praktická část se zabývá samotným principem výroby vzorků. Kde je uveden a popsán vstřikovací stroj a forma na vstřikování s technickými parametry. Provedení výroby vzorků. A poté samotné testování vyrobených vzorků.

This work deals with influence of reinforcement content on mechanical properties and quality of composite materials. The theoretical part describes polymer composites, their types, properties and production. It also focuses on the types of fibers used in composites and their production. In the last part of the theory deal with injection molding of polymer composites. The practical part deals with the very principle of sample production.
