Abstract

The aim of my master thesis was to analyse competition of the company Lázně Teplice nad Bečvou a.s. on the spa services market. I used the marketing research for the purposes of the analysis, which I realised through the questionnaire and the method of benchmarking. I dealed with theoretical resources of competitive analysis in the theoretical part. I planned and realised the concrete research in the analytical part. I used the results of that research as a source for its´ evaluation and also for subsequent working out of the recommendations, which goal is to improve the given situation.
