Abstract

This thesis analyzes the current economic status in society and designs optimization of costs in a company Česko slezská výrobní a.s. including processing guidelines for cost management. Thesis is divided into two parts, where the theoretical part analyzes literature dealing with the costs and cost management. The practical part introduces the monitored company, analyzes costs and evaluates results of analyzes.
