Abstract

The subject of Diploma thesis is design of the building – energy conversion of a residential building in a scope of project documentation for building realization. At the same time there is a requirement for the construction of office space in the first floor of this object. Work deals mainly with the assessment of thermal - technical characteristics of cooled structures and selected structural details, both in the original condition and after implementation of the proposed measures. The aim is demonstrable complience with all requirements and comparative reduction in overall energy performance of the building. This project will also assess the impact of modifications to the level of daylight in the living rooms of housing units and in the proposed new offices. In those will be designed mechanical ventilation with heat recovery to ensure the required quality of the internal environment.
