Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on the design, production, and testing of a prototype headlamp intended for the SC Titan student vehicle. The headlamp housing was produced using PETG- based 3D printing technology. To improve mechanical strength, the application of a carbon fiber reinforcement coating was explored. The thesis describes different reinforcement application methods, the headlamp mounting solution, and the procedure for beam alignment according to applicable standards. The work also addresses the reuse of carbon fiber offcuts and presents ideas for optimizing the manufacturing process.
