Analýza konkurence organizace v oblasti mobilních aplikací

Abstract

The theme of this diploma thesis is an analysis of the largest competitors of a company engaging in mobile applications development. Mobile applications are focused mainly on iOS, Android and Windows Phone platforms. The theoretical part describes the competition and characterizes the individual features and methods of their analysis. The practical part of this thesis is devoted to a brief characteristic of the examined company. Porter’s five forces analysis, direct and indirect competitive matrix, analyses according to pre-defined criteria, financial and SWOT analysis are applied. On the basis of the performed analyses, recommendations to the company are made.
