Abstract

The thesis deals with the issue of proactive monitoring of occupational health and safety and the involvement of employees in the implementation and promotion of workplace safety. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the current safety system and monitoring methods in a specific manufacturing company and based on identified deficiencies, weaknesses, and strengths, propose a new and more effective system. The theoretical part of the thesis discusses the principles of proactive safety monitoring and appropriate tools for improving workplace safety. The practical part introduces the selected manufacturing company, its existing occupational safety system, and its monitoring methods. It then analyses the current system and proposes a suitable active safety monitoring system with the active involvement of all employees.
