Abstract

This thesis is devoted to the evaluation of the process of selection and adaptation of employees in the selected company. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the existing processes of selection and adaptation of employees in the selected company and to recommend proposals for their improvement. The theoretical part of the work contains the methodology and methods, that were used during the preparation of the thesis, and the theoretical basis for the selection and adaptation of employees. The practical part then contains the characteristics of the selected company, description and analysis of the current process of selection and adaptation of employees in the selected company. At the end of the practical part of the work, we will find suggestions and recommendations for improving the current process of selection and adaptation of employees in the selected company.
