Abstract

The apartment houses are housing buildings, which serve for permanent use. That`s why is important their correct concept and realisation according to relevants standards. Respect of requierements of manufacturers of materials used is important to, so that final buliding conforming to exigencies of safety,usability and quality.

Tendency of this work is constructional koncept of apartment house and assesment of structurally technological standard for brickwork. The first part is concentrating on individual plans fo house. Content of the second part is structurally technological standard, horizontal bar chart and general budget.
