Abstract

The organizing of the children and youth leisure time has indisputable influence on their evolution thereby on the evolution of the whole new generation. It is necessary for this to have a lot of enthusiastic volunteers in non-profit-making organizations which are devoting to the children and youth and to the work with them. By their virtue in organizing the children ś and youthś leisure time they are indicating them the way they can use to went in their lifelines. Part and parcel of this organizations is their economic aspect. That is why a good leader has to be also a good manager and economist to ensure troublefree running for his organization. This bachelor work describes principles and operations of economy of the non-profit-making organization Association of Scouts and Guides of the Czech Republic. It is engaged in present economic rules, it gives the analyse of the troop economy in the last years. It outlines possibilities of getting financial resources.
