Abstract
The dissertation describes a market of real estates as total. The dissertation subsequently engage in comparison of market prices of flats in towns Zlín, Kroměříž, Uherské Hradiště and Vsetín. An analyze of input data is performed with using comparison approach and defined parameters for flats with sizes 1+1, 2+1, 3+1 and 4+1. Final data are compared each other and factors affected market prices are identified.
