Využití Regionálního operačního programu NUTS II Střední Morava na příkladu vybraného projektu

Abstract

The goal of the EU Cohesion Policy is to support harmonious and well-balanced development of the Community by reducing the regional disparities. The diploma thesis is focused on the project management from the theoretical and practical point of view, on the situational analysis of the cohesion region Central Moravia and the proposal of realization of the real project. The main objective is to give a comprehensive picture about project management method and on the basis of obtained knowledge to draw up the proposal of a real project. According to obtained knowledge, the area of project management is very variegated and has many possibilities of use in real live. However, specific difficulties of making projects and necessary expertise, to some extent, obstruct the use of the EU funds to the general schema_dspacedb.
