Stavebně-technický průzkum zděných staveb

Abstract

Zděné stavební konstrukce doprovází člověka v životě již mnoho let a zdivo jako materiál je stále hojně využíván při návrhu novostaveb. Vlivem stáří, postupné degradace stavebních materiálů, chybnými návrhy či nedokonalostmi v technologických postupech a v mnoha případech zanedbanou nebo neodborně provedenou údržbou, dochází ke vzniku vad a poruch stavebních objektů. Proto, aby proběhla úspěšná rekonstrukce, je potřeba nejprve odhalit příčiny vzniku poruch a následně zvolit vhodné sanační opatření. Bakalářská práce se zabývá nejčastěji se vyskytujícími poruchami zděných konstrukcí. V úvodu jsou popsány konkrétní vady a poruchy, jakými jsou trhliny, vlhkost přítomná v objektu, či výskyt biologických činitelů. Následují možné diagnostické metody, sloužící ke stanovení současného stavu poruch zděných objektů. V praktické části práce je zahrnut stavebně technický průzkum reálného objektu, nacházejícího se v Ostravě – Mariánských Horách. Součástí jsou také provedené laboratorní zkoušky na odebraných vzorcích a jejich vyhodnocení. Závěr práce je věnován celkovému zhodnocení stavu objektu a předběžnému návrhu možné sanace vybraných poruch.

The brick frames are a part of humans lifes for years and bricks as a material are still very frequently used in projects of the new buildings. Due to the effect of years, gradual degradation of construction materials, mistakes in projects or imperfections in technological process and very often due to the neglected or unprofessional maintenence there is very frequent occurancce of defects and failures of buildings. To make a succsessful reconstruction of the building it is necessary to discover the reasons of the failures and then choose the appropriate remediational measures. This bachelor thesis focuses on the most frequent failures of the brick frames. The introduction describes specific defects and failures, such as cracks, humidity in the structure or occurrence of biological factors. Next chapter concerns with possible diagnostic methods that are used to determine the current condition and failures of the brick structures. The end of the thesis pays attention to construction and technical research of the real structure in Ostrava – Marianske Hory and suggests a possible remediation of the most serious failures.
