Ekonomické zhodnocení investice do výstavby haly s obnovitelnými zdroji

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the economic evaluation of an investment in an industrial hall with renewable energy resources at Lift Servis Work s. r. o. The aim of the thesis is to assess whether the planned investment is economically advantageous. The methodological part describes the theory related to investments and the basic methods for evaluating real investments, such as net present value, internal rate of return, profitability index and payback period. Furthermore, the company that is planning this investment and the investment itself are introduced. The next part presents the data essential for the application section. The application part of the bachelor's thesis, investment decision-making methods are applied based on input data, estimated investment costs, future cash-flow and the cost of capital. These methods were used for two methods of financing, which are compared in the thesis. Based on the results of the individual methods, the economic advantage of both variants is evaluated. A sensitivity analysis of selected variables is also conducted.
