Abstract

This work includes summarizes and valuations of available information about actual possibilities, technologies and principles of electric energy accumulation in battery technology. Purpose of this work was to accumulate all available information from technologic area of battery technology. Information about many different types of batteries was in detail analyzed. This analyze includes the most used galvanic cells (batteries), and then includes new principles and technologies. On bases of this knowledge was realized valuation and comparing of battery characteristics and parameters. Due to this final valuation is possible to define the most suitable types of batteries for specific applications or requirements.
