Prosazování práv z duševního vlastnictví Celní správou ČR

Abstract

Marketing of goods infringing intellectual property rights on the internal market of the European Union, including Czech Republic, causing considerable damage to both manufacturers and retailers to law-abiding and to consumers who are misled and who may be such goods even in some cases threatened. The aim of my work is to present the customs administration of the CR, as one of the components of government involved in the enforcement of intellectual property work informs readers about the organizational structure of customs administrations of the CR dealing with intellectual property issues and introduces the legislative framework under which Customs CR proceed to enforce intellectual property rights. Furthermore, in my work describes the various activities that Customs CR carries the protection of intellectual property rights.
