Hospodaření domova pro seniory

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je napsána na téma „Hospodaření domova pro seniory“ a je zaměřena na neziskové organizace. V teoretické části je rozebráno členění, vznik, teorie, základní charakteristiky a typologie neziskových organizací. Dále jsou popsány druhy příspěvkových organizací obecně. Ty jsou následně porovnány. Poté je na konkrétním příkladu vybrané organizace Domova pro seniory Kamenec ukázáno, jak takové typy organizací fungují, jaké mají práva a povinnosti. Pro názornost jsou charakterizovány i jednotlivé činnosti organizace, které vykonává. Čtvrtá kapitola je zaměřena na rozbor hospodaření dané organizace. V provedené analýze je na základě nákladů a výnosů porovnáno čtyřleté období (2007 – 2010). Z analýzy vyplývá, že je organizace nucena pro svou činnost využívat cizí (kombinované) zdroje.

Bachelor thesis is writen on the topic "Financial management of the Home for the Elderly" and it is focused on the non-profit organizations. In the theoretical part discusses the strukture, formation, theories, basic charakteristics and typologies of the non-profit organizations. Next part describes types of the contributory organizations in general and types are compared. Then on the particular example selected organization Home for the Elderly Kamenec shown, how those types of the organization work and what their rights and obligations. Just for illustration are characterized individual activities, which organization performs. The fourth chapter focused on the analysis of the financial management selected organization. On this analysis is based on the costs and revenues compared four-year period (2007 – 2010). The analysis indicates, that the organization is forced to use foreign (combined) resources.
