Abstract

Aim of this work was to analyze the consumer's behavior in the insurance market with focusing on insurance company Synesis Consulting. Analysis was performed through a questionnaire survey and a group interview. Based on the research results, there have been reported suggestions and recommendations. It was proposed to expand the portfolio provided products, office relocation and adjustment of working hours, the introduction of regular training programs for employees and the introduction of computerization process indemnification. The results were forwarded to the company management Synesis Consulting.
