Návrh využití kalů z čistírny odpadních vod při výrobě patního lanka

Abstract

Diploma thesis is focused on the problematics of neutralised sludge in the processing plant for the manufacturing of steel cables used in the tire construction. Sludge generated by the industrial wastewater treatment plant from the cleaning of rinsed alkaline acid waste waters is a hazardous waste containing heavy metals. The thesis is based on the principles of valid legislation, especially from the point of the handling of hazardous waste. In the beginnig of my thesis I present a production plant, next I deal with the valid legislation and technology of industrial WWTP. Another part of thesis is focused on the examination of the characteristics of the sludge itself in the form of laboratory assessment wih evaluation of dangerous characteristics. The last part of my thesis is the evaluation of the possibilities of waste treatment considering the possibilities of its use as a secondary raw material.
