Bydlení pro seniory - Frýdek-Místek, varianta A

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh bydlení pro seniory v domově s pečovatelskou službou a oddychové zóny. Vybraná lokalita na stavbu je ve městě Frýdek-Místek za Nemocnicí. V textové části se věnuju formám bydlení seniorů a jejich podpoře, zásadám bezbariérového užívaní vnějších a vnitrních prostor osob s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace, rozboru aktuální situace v městě Frýdek-Místek. Druhá polovina textové části je věnovaná průvodní a souhrnné technické zprávě v rozsahu žádosti o vydání rozhodnutí o umístění stavby. V závěru je stručný přepočet nákladu na stavbu. Návrh DPS řešen formou monobloku, byl zpracován variantně v podobě půdorysů. Vybraná varianta byla zpracována v rozsahu architektonicko – urbanistické studie. Ve vybrané variantě je řešen objekt, bezbariérová návaznost komunikací na nejbližší okolí zástavbu a venkovní oddychová zóna pro seniory.

The goal of this thesis is the design of housing for the elderly with the day care and the rest areas. The selected locality is placed behind the hospital in the city of Frýdek-Místek. The text part of the thesis is about the forms of habitation of elderly people and its support, the rules for barrier-free access in the inner and outer spaces for the people with disabilities, the analysis of the actual situation if the city of Frýdek-Místek. The second half part of the text is devoted to summary and the accompanying technical report within the scope of the request for a decision on the location of the building. In the end of the text part, there is a brief calculation of the cost of a building. Nursing Home Services design has the form of monoblocks. It was also prepared alternatively in the form of floor plans. The option was prepared in the range of architectural - urban studies. The object in the selected option is solved with emphasis on barrier-free connection to the nearest surrounding buildings and outdoor rest area for seniors.
