Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to evaluate alternatives envelope in terms of time and financial cost for construction. Outline criteria for the development work has been applied to a block of flats in the village Ždánice. The first structural system of the building envelope on the Czech market under the brand name appears SENDWIX P, where there is more layer structure, consisting of a carrier calcium bloc walls and thermal insulation composite system with thermal insulation. In contrast, the second option is designed as a single-layer of masonry blocks with ceramic shard occurring under the trade mark Porotherm 50 Hi. The thesis is also prepared project documentation for construction under applicable legislation and standards. Technology is engaged in construction and construction-technological project, which includes the implementation of technological regulation cladding timber frame panels, construction schedule, itemized budget, site facilities and mechanisms used.
