Příprava na narušení dodávek elektrické energie velkého rozsahu

Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of large-scale disruption of electricity supply (blackout) and its impacts on the population and society. The aim of the thesis is to develop a study focused on the possibilities of preparing the population for this type of emergency situation. The thesis includes review of the legal and methodological framework of the Czech Republic, and a comparison of approaches in selected foreign countries. It also evaluates the level of preparedness of the population and proposes specific measures to increase its resilience. The outcome of the thesis is a set of recommendations that may help reduce the impacts of long-term electricity outages on the population.
