Abstract

Goal of my thesis is to found a company with limited liability. This thesis is divided into two parts. In the first part there is a theory described and it is about small and medium-sized business, basic terms, division of business, support of small and medium-sized business and division of business companies. In the second part there is business plan of my imaginary company with time schedule, which describes punctual technique how found the company. In my thesis I founded fitness centre HEAT&Fit s.r.o. Main programme of this centre is HEAT, which is nowadays very famous. In my thesis I used a method of analysis, synthesis and method of comparasion.
