Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for the execution of a residential building in accordance with the valid Czech legislation, in particular Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, and related implementing regulations. The designed building is a family house located in the municipality of Skalice u Frýdku-Místku, on plots No. 24/3, 1518, 1231 and 26. The project is based on an architectural study and documentation for the building permit developed within the studio courses. The initial architectural concept was created in the course Ateliérová tvorba I and subsequently further developed and refined in Ateliérová tvorba V. The thesis consists of a written and a drawing part. The written part includes a general and technical report describing the architectural, structural and technical design of the building. The drawing part comprises complete documentation for the execution of the building, including utility connections, paved areas, fencing and selected construction and architectural details.
