Analýza možností implementace statistické regulace procesu ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této bakalářské práce jsou možnosti implementace statistické regulace procesu jako preventivního nástroje při výrobě výlisků vstřikováním termoplastů v nejmenované společnosti, působící v oblasti výroby pro automobilový průmysl. V úvodu této práce je teoretický popis řešené problematiky statistické regulace procesu a technologie vstřikování termoplastů. V praktické části je popsán návrh implementace statistické regulace pro proces vstřikování termoplastů u konkrétního procesu s vysokým výskytem vad na výliscích.

The main topic of this bachelor thesis is the possibilities of implementing statistical process control as a preventive tool in the production of injection moulded parts in an unnamed company operating in the automotive industry. In the introduction of this thesis there is a theoretical description of the problem of statistical process control and technology of thermoplastic injection moulding. The practical part describes the design of the implementation of statistical control for the thermoplastic injection molding process for a specific process with a high incidence of defects on the molded parts.
