Abstract

Thesis is focused on Ekotop s.r.o. company´s preparing for prospective business and it´s adaptation on variable business environment. In theoretical part are described problems of preparing for prospective business, here are described three sections- strategic preparation for the prospective, adaptation via elements of learning organization and implementation of elements of knowledge management. For practical part were used exploratory research ex post facto, which were particularly using qualitative assessment methods. Data and information needed for research and analysis, were obtained on the basis of available documents and non-standardized interview in combination with the method of semantic differential with leader sof company and company´s specialist. The aim of this thesis was to find if the Ekotop s.r.o. company prepares efficiently on the difficult prospective business conditions, if it´s applying elements of learning organization and knowledge management. Then were submitted proposals, which could helps company with efficiently preparing for prospective.
