Ekonomické vyhodnocení implementace podnikového informačního systému ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Předkládaná diplomová práce se věnuje vyhodnocení investičního záměru zvoleného podniku. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje vymezení pojmu investice jako takového, popisuje různé druhy investic. Zabývá se popisem investičního rozhodování a uvádí jednotlivé kroky investičního procesu. Součástí teoretické části je rovněž vysvětlení způsobu financování investic, řízení rizika v investičních projektech a způsoby hodnocení investičních projektů. Praktická část obsahuje představení vybraného podniku, ve kterém by se investice mohla realizovat, samotný výběr investičního záměru – vhodného informačního systému, vyhodnocení investice a kritické posouzení výsledků a závěrečné návrhy na zlepšení investice a zhodnocení navržených změn.

The presented diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the investment plan in the chosen company. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part describes the definition of the term investment and different types of investments. It deals with the description of investment decision making and describes the individual steps of the investment process. The theoretical part also includes an explanation of the method of investments financing, risk management in investment projects and methods of evaluating investment projects. In the practical part, the selected company in which the investment could be implemented is presented, it deals with the selection of the investment project itself - a suitable information system, it evaluates and critically assess the investment and finally, suggestions for improvement and evaulation of them are included.
