Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the preparation of technical documentation for electrical installations and building services systems as part of an individual professional internship at BENKO Klima s.r.o. The tasks addressed include the design of a photovoltaic power plant and a lightning protection system, documentation of the current state of electrical panels, heating design, and sub-projects in the field of air conditioning technology. Emphasis is placed on practical solutions for real-world projects and their alignment with practical requirements. Design and office software tools were used to solve individual tasks, enabling the creation of clear and structured documentation. The work involved not only the preparation of drawing documentation itself, but also the analysis of the current state of installations, the design of technical solutions, and work with equipment databases. In some cases, solutions were also verified through direct participation in installation and inspection activities. The result of the work is a set of technical documents usable for the implementation, inspection, and subsequent operation of individual installations. The prepared documentation contributes to increased clarity, safety, and efficiency of service interventions. The work also demonstrates the importance of combining theoretical knowledge with practical experience and their application in the field of electrical engineering design.
