Hodnocení procesu získávání a výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané střední škole

Abstract

The presented Master's thesis is focused on the recruitment and selection of employees in a secondary school. The main objective is therefore to evaluate and analyze the processes of recruitment and selection of employees and to identify how these processes function in the selected secondary school and whether they apply modern and new trends besides current trends in the context of information and communication technologies. This thesis is divided into two parts and seven chapters. The theoretical part discusses mainly the main theoretical background of the issue. In the thesis, there is also a topic that closely deals with the issue, and that is the adaptation of employees. The following part is practical, which describes the secondary school and evaluates the current state of the given recruitment and selection process. The current state is studied by means of a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. In the end, recommendations are suggested that the secondary school could use in streamlining and improving the processes.
