Nízko-nákladový síťový tiskový server s pokročilými funkcemi

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice vytvoření nízkonákladového síťového tiskového serveru s využitím volně dostupného softwaru a hardwarem za přiměřenou cenu. V první části mé práce se věnuji porovnání vhodných hardwarových zařízení, návrhem webového rozhraní a programu. Následně popisuji použitý software a jeho funkci. V druhé části je detailně popsána konfigurace hlavních softwarových komponent serveru, a na závěr jsou vysvětleny některé části vytvořeného programu v jazyce C++ a webových stránek. Výsledkem práce je otevřený, libovolně modifikovatelný systém, umožňující uživatelům tisk z pracovních stanic na síti či tisk z webového emailového klienta. Administrátorovi systém poskytuje statistiky o uživatelích v reálném čase a jejich historii.

This bachelor thesis deals with the creation of a low cost network print server with the use of freely available software and hardware at a reasonable price. In the first part of my thesis, I compare the appropriate hardware devices, the web interface design and the program. Then I describing the used software and its functions. The second part describes in detail the configuration of the main software components of the server and, finally, some parts of the program created in C ++ and web pages are explained.The result of the thesis is an open, freely modifiable system allowing users to print from workstations on the network or print from a webmail client and also real-time statistics and their history are provided to administrator.
