This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of selected health risks of the welding work Huisman company. First part shows the company, characteristics assessed workplace and methods of welding in a company. The other parts describe selected health risks at the assessed workplace. The last part deals with analysis of selected health risks. After evaluation of selected health risks described procedure of company and suggests new procedure to better protect the health of workers at the workplace. This thesis is the design of new technical procedure to better protect the health of employees performing welding of steel structures Huisman company.
