Abstract
The subject of Bachelor thesis is employee benefits. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is analyzing current programme of employee benefits in the company DHL Express Czech Republic s.r.o. and suggest changes in the providing of benefits and compared this benefits with other company. It was used method of questionnaire research, method of description, method of analysis and method of deduction to achive this aim. According ascertained information, situation in the company were evaluated and results of thesis were presented to management of the company DHL Express Czech Republic s.r.o.
