Abstract
The theme of this diploma thesis is the analysis of employee apraisal system in a selected distribution company. The target is analyze the employee assessment system and to suggest possible improvements that will improve the current situation. The work consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes the theoretical background. In the practical part is analysis of the current situation and using the questionnaire survey.
