Abstract
The aims of dissertations assessment are to characterize selected sectors of job market in Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany and compare those three countries against each other and to find out which of the countries gets better results in a job market. Assessment is split into two sections, theory and practical part. Theory part defines basic concepts of job market and unemployment. Practical part then focuses on analisys of job market of Czech Republic, Slovakia and Germany using specific indicators. Based on the results of analysis is created comparison of all three countries, completed with ideas and recommendations on how to improve job market situation.
