Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with the disappearance and the abolition of legal persons. The work is defined only by commercial companies, cooperatives, nonprofit organizations and state enterprise as the range of legal entities in the Czech Republic is very large. Introductory part specifies the legal person and the close-relating terms. Next chapter discusses the legal environment of legal persons, which are defined by the work. In the next part the thesis analyzes the ways of the abolition of legal persons. In the following chapter the differences in the abolition of legal persons are highlighted.
