Motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá motivací a stimulací zaměstnanců v organizaci HOPA CZ, s. r. o. Hlavním cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit, jakými stimulačními prostředky jsou zaměstnanci uvedené společnosti motivováni a do jaké míry tomu odpovídá motivační politika. Text práce je rozdělený do čtyř částí V první, teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy z oblasti motivace a stimulace, jejich význam, teorie a aplikace teorií. Druhá část popisuje organizaci HOPA, její vývoj a předmět podnikání. Třetí, praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu současné situace v oblasti motivace a stimulace zaměstnanců a dále je zde proveden výzkum motivace prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření a řízeného rozhovoru s ředitelem společnosti. Praktická část mé práce obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, řízený rozhovor a testování hypotéz.

This work deals with motivation and stimulation of employees in the organization HOPA CZ, s.r.o. The main objective of this thesis is to explore stimulus funds by which the employees of the company are motivated and to what extent it corresponds with the incentive policy. The paper is divided into four parts: In the thirst theoretical part, there are explained the basic concepts of motivation and stimulation, their importance, the theory and application of theories. The second part describes the organization of HOPA, its development and scope of business. The third, the practical part is focused on the analysis of the current situation in the field of motivation and stimulation of employees and at the end there is the motivation surveyed by a questionnaire and guided interview with the director of the company. The practical part of the thesis contains a survey, a guided interview and hypothesis testing.
