Abstract

The thesis deals with personnel work in the company, focused primarily on the recruitment and selection of employees, from which depends on the success of manufacturing and non-manufacturing businesses. In this thesis is a process defined and analyzed for a specific company. The first part focuses on the theoretical background of the process. Second part is devoted to a characteristic of a concrete company. The next part describes the current state of recruitment and selection of employees in the company. Based on the information and the questionnaire are proposed in the final recommendations, which should help to improve the process in the company.
