Abstract
The thesis aims to economic evaluation for a non-profit organisation,
cost-revenue analysis and the identification of potential savings in cost.
The selected organizations is the Ostrava City Library (Knihovna města Ostravy), non-profit organization. The work is analyzed for the period 2007 - 2009, in the final part includes suggestions and measures that could lead to cost reductions.
