Abstract
The diploma thesis is focused on the creation of a business plan for the start-up company, which will deal with the provision of services in the field of celebrations / weddings. The theoretical part is focused on clarifying the basic concepts, then it explains how the business plan should look and lastly there are mentioned the analyzes, which were subsequently used in the practical part. The aim of the diploma thesis is to create a business plan for a company that would start its activity in 2019. The practical part contains the business plan for the start-up company, which contains PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, Porter analysis, marketing mix, plan and risk assessment. At the end of the thesis are summarized all findings from the diploma thesis, which were based on analyzes.
