IP telefonie z pohledu legislativy ve státech EU.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá současným pohledem na internetovou komunikaci s využitím technologie VoIP. V úvodu práce popisuji aktuální stav IP telefonie s možnostmi jak volat přes internet. V legislativě ČR jsou určeny pravidla pro podnikání v elektronických komunikací, které byly převzaty z regulačního rámce Evropské unie. Regulační rámec popisuje sedm směrnic, které jsou závazné pro všechny členské státy EU. Dále se zde zabývám nahráváním a lokalizací uživatele v IP telefonii z právního hlediska. S vývojem telekomunikací vznikají nové služby s možnostmi efektivnějšího využití internetu.

In introduction work describe current state IP telephony with possibilities how call over internet. In legislature Czech Republic are intended rule for business in electronic communication that the were to be assumed from regulation frames European union. Regulation frame describes seven directions that the be binding on all EU member states. Further here i deal with recording and localization user in IP telephony in the eye of the law. With development telecommunication rise new services with possibilities efficient usage internet.
