Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with a specific area of real estate cadastre – deposit proceedings. The first part of the thesis is focused on valid law regulations concerning deposit procedures themselves, including related law regulations, especially assessment of owners' rights in real estate management, requisites of deposit documents and other annexes to the deposit proposal, which are necessary for successful establishment, change or termination of rights in the cadastre. Furthermore, the work focuses on the process in deposit proceedings – receipt of submissions, sending participants, verification of signatures, types of deposit documents, rights registered in the real estate cadastre and deficiencies, including their solutions, which are resulting from the administrative procedure code – cessation, rejection and suspension of proceedings. The thesis deals with deposit procedures, the subject of which is the management of units and the very influence of the new Civil Code on these procedures. In the end, the very end of the deposit procedure and the archiving of its documents – a collection of documents, a file, etc. - are defined
