Bezpečnostní studie proveditelnosti výstavby modulárních reaktorů

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on conducting a safety feasibility study of small modular reactors and micro modular reactors (MMR – micro modular reactor) in the Czech Republic. The aim of this work is to assess the perspective of implementing these new devices as an alternative source of low-emission energy that could serve as a replacement for current coal sources. The work deals with the analysis of the technical and safety aspects of these devices and the adaptability of the countries' energy concept. The results of the analysis provide information that will show an overview of these technologies and can serve as a basis for future studies in this area.
