Abstract

Arch. Jaroslav Sedlecký Předmětem diplomové práce bude návrh využití území pro novou výstavbu individuálního bydlení v lokalitě Z48 v obci Janovice. Obsahem práce bude především urbanistické řešení s důrazem na vhodnou formu a orientaci navržených domů s ohledem na územní plán a limity, které z něho vyplývají. Studie taktéž bude řešit návrh technické a dopravní infrastruktury. Součásti studie bude také návrh veřejné zeleně s případnými oddechovými a rekreačními zónami. V návrhu budou zmíněny některé možné varianty využití s tím, že jedna varianta bude dovedena do konečné podoby. Vybrané objekty budou konkrétně rozpracovány v rozsahu studie, ze které budou známy veškeré objemové a základní konstrukční a dispoziční charakteristiky objektů. V návrhu bude popsán současný stav a nové řešení bude v souladu s územním plánem a limitami využití území. Současně bude provedeno vyhodnocení předpokládaných nákladů na navržené řešení.

Arch. Jaroslav Sedlecký. The subject of this thesis is thee proposal to use land for new construction of individual housing in the village Janovice Z48. The content of thesis consists primarily urban design with emphasis on proper form and orientation designed home with regard to the land use plan and the limits that arise from it. The study also will address the draft of technical and transport infrastructure. Part of the study will also draft a public green spaces and recreational pleasure-potential zones. The proposal will be have some possible options for the used land and one variant will be taken to its final form. The selected objects will be specifically developed to study the extent of which will be know to the volume and basic design and layout characteristics of objects. The proposal will describe the current status and new solutions will be in accordance with the master plan and land use limits. The evaluation of the anticipated costs of the proposed solution will be also made.
