Financování investiční akce v malé obci

Abstract

The aim of the thesis entitled “Investment Project Funding in Small Municipality” is to find suitable methods for the financing of an investment project to plan the construction of a water supply and sewerage with a sewage treatment plant. The thesis is divided into two parts - a theoretical and a practical one. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics and status of municipalities in the Czech Republic. The practical part contains an analysis of the management of the municipalities Třeština and Palonín in the period 2011– 2015. The last part of the thesis is devoted to an assessment of the financing options with the usage of subsidies from the European Union and investigating the possibility of financing the project from non-EU sources.
