Nedostatek pracovní síly na trhu práce České republiky a možná řešení

Abstract

This bachelor thesis presents a problematic shortage of labour on the Czech labour market and describes its negative consequences and searches for its possible solutions. In the theoretical part we present the theory of how the labour market works, its connections and participants. This is followed by a description of an unemployment, its types and consequences. There is also a chapter dedicated to the means that a state has in order to influence the labour market. In the analytical part we present the analysis of the current labour market in the Czech Republic. We also state why it is problematic to have a low level of unemployment and what are its consequences. In the conclusion we present our suggestions and recommendations on how the current situation could be resolved.
