Analýza hospodaření vybrané nestátní neziskové organizace

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis, which topic is analysis of management of chosen non-governmental organisation, is to give insight into problems of non-profit sphere and application of theoretical knowledge in practise. This topic is consulted in five chapters. In the first three chapters is defined the non-profit sphere in general. A big part of the second chapter is devoted to different kinds of non-profit organisations. Particularities of accountancy and taxes are mentioned briefly. In the following part are described general principles of financing of non-profit sphere, its implements and financial sources. The chosen organisation called SDH Kopytov is characterised and its financing is analysed in detail. The penultimate chapter is of practical character, focuses on the analysis of management, which is composed of the vertical and the horizontal analysis and the SWOT analysis. A conclusion is made out of these analyses and the management of the organisation is evaluated.
