Analýza rentability a zadluženosti vybraného podniku

Abstract

The goal of this bachelor thesis is profitability and solvency analysis of HYUNDAI STEEL CZECH s.r.o. using individual methods and procedures during years 2011-2016. The thesis is divided into 5 main chapters and a number of subchapters. The first part is an introduction where is the bachelor thesis presented and briefly described. The second chapter is theoretical and contains the basis for the financial analysis, the meaning of the concept of financial analysis, the characteristics of the individual financial statements and the users of the financial analysis, and in the last part the description of the methodological procedures of the financial analysis. The characteristics and description of the selected company is contained in Chapter Three. The penultimate part is the most extensive and due to the processed topic also the most important because it contains the profitability and solvency analysis and evaluation of the selected company, based on the methods presented in the theoretical part. Horizontal analysis is performed at the beginning of the fourth chapter is performed horizontal analysis, vertical and ratio analysis and in the last part the variance analysis. The fifth chapter is the conclusion of the whole bachelor thesis and contains an evaluation of the results of the financial analysis and the final evaluation.
