Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on the recruitment and selection of employees. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the system of recruitment and selection to the selected organization and preparing proposals and recommendations to improve the process. The first section contains a theoretical part in which you can follow the general characteristics of human resource management, acquisition employees to the actual selection. In the second part, the practical, the process of recruitment and selection of employees analyzed at an elementary school in Tlumacov. The analysis process is used a questionnaire filled out employees of the organization. In conclusion, on the basis of theoretical and practical parts dispatched proposals and recommendations.
