Legální a nelegální zaměstnávání cizinců v České republice

Abstract

The submitted work describes and explains issues of giving residence permit to foreigners in the Czech Republic for employment purposes as well as problems associated with impact of economic recession. Basic terms and activities of public administrative are explained in the first part. The second part is oriented on Ceska Lipa district and on impact of worldwide economic crisis. In the final part I mentioned and purposed some measures to mitigate impact of recession.
